Solarium

There is no sun in winter and when the weather begins to warm, you fear to slip on your skirt or bathing suit, because white as a cheese skin is not attractive. Certainly, two days in the beach and there is no problem, but sometimes we have not time to lie in the beach and often after the first day in the sun our skin is red. But there is a way out - solarium. Your skin can be brown without efforts and time every summer and every winter.

Before a solarium you should know, that the duration in the solarium is different for each type of skin.

 

I type

For this type of skin belong about 2% of inhabitants of Central Europe. Skin is white and freckled. Hair are very blond - pink. Skin is subject to tan. This type of skin tans very slowly with a red colour. Solarium is not recommended for this type of skin. 

II ty

For this type of skin belong about 78% of inhabitants of the whole Europe. Skin is light, a little bit freckled. Hair- from blond to light brown. Skin is tender, subject to tan. It is proposed to tan about 5-10 minutes during the first seance in solarium for this type of skin.

III typ

For this type of skin belong a majority of inhabitants of Central Europe. Skin is not dark, hair are brown, skin is less tender, it tans soft, and it is not subject to tan. It is proposed to tan about 5-20 minutes during the first seance in solarium for this type of skin.

IV type

For this type of skin belong about 8% of inhabitants of Central Europe. Skin and hair are dark. Skin is not tender and it never tans. Quick and dark tan. It is proposed to tan about 5-25 minutes during the first seance in solarium for this type of skin.

Solarium can give some utility. After solarium people feel that muscular pains and rheumatic symptoms disappeared. Ultraviolet rays disinfect and cure skin, they make toxins innocuous and stimulate immunity.

Solarium lamps as a sun give off ultraviolet rays:

• A type rays stimulate the production of melanin, so skin becomes brown.

• B type rays stimulate the production of vitamin D, it liquidates various germs, disinfect, but the surplus of these rays can be a cause of skin blush.

• Short C rays are the most harmful, but the ozone layer do not let them to touch us. C type rays are not irradiated by solarium lamps.
